Job Description:

Be part of a program that serves youth and their families in Oakland. Works collaboratively with youth, families, and other service providers to assist children and families in developing and/or attaining service/treatment plan goals. Provides support to the youth and family members to build the skills and routines necessary to support that youth returning home. Provides direct supervision and support to residents within residential program milieu. Program will offer mental health and family reunification supports in both group-home and in community settings. Community Care offers community-based support and mental health services to individuals and families throughout Maine. Established in 1996, Care has grown to meet a wide range of social and clinical needs through its expanding continuum of programs and services, including an outpatient clinic, intensive home-based supports, adult services, residential programs, and treatment foster care.
