Senior Business Intelligence Manager Senior Manager, Business Intelligence Position Purpose: Support Web & Telesales team by guiding the business through the analysis of quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer centric solutions/approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. This position will participate in the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized across the team. This position will also manage one data analyst. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Support the analytic needs of the business by using clickstream tools from Web Trends. Create holistic dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management. Collaborate with external partners for data collection & reporting. Own the process of driving core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance. This will include collaborating with product managers for A/B testing & multivariate testing. Provide analysis for search, online demand generation, direct marketing, & financial performance Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms. Managing and developing a small team Discretion & Independent Judgment: Ability to work independently Ability to infuse business experience into decision making methodology Ability to balance the needs of the company, customer, & employees when creating strategies Ability to offer persuasive presentations (written & verbal) that promote commerce & customer support Ability to work in a dynamic environment & manage multiple priorities Ability to identify new tools for more effective tracking and analysis Position Requirements.
