Job Description:

To work with and support a team of outpatient counselors and clinicians in the coordination of intakes for clients seeking counseling services including adults, teens and children with substance abuse disorders, trauma and/or other mental health issues. Manages referrals and the flow of cases into the clinic. Must have knowledge of and management experience with Access database systems and at least basic. Excellent communications skills, particularly verbal skills and oral and written. Will also support the team by providing case management and outreach services to support clients and their families with their social service needs and ensure client retention. Candidates should also have knowledge of community-based services and experience working with the Latino community in the Metro Boston area. Experience working with behavioral health clients required. Counseling experience preferred. CADAC preferred.
