Oversee the daily operations of the counseling services office including office budget.* Develop priorities and goals for the counseling services office in support of student development objectives and the academic mission of the College.* Employ crisis intervention, as needed, during after-hours emergency.* Work collaboratively with the Student Development Division and other offices that require input of a mental health expert; i.e. Advising, Civil Rights Compliance and Diversity, Academic Affairs*Plan and conduct professional development training for staff* Supervise and conduct the recruitment, selection, orientation and development of graduate interns* Maintain and update pool of appropriate off campus resources, files and resource library of pamphlets and periodicals relevant to the needs of college- age students
