Senior Architect / Development Manager This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced software architect and developer to take a leadership role in a fast growing company that provides services to an impressive and growing Ë A\' list of clients.Roles & Responsibilities: Lead a team of developers through all phases of project life-cycle Lead design of all software and systems architecture Collaborate with business managers to define high level and detailed requirements Develop and verify work-plan estimates for deliverables and associated tasks Monitor and report status of projects to senior management Identify and address technology gaps Coordinate the build/migration of releases to test and production environments Hire & manage the team of developers to support the execution of the firm's strategic plan Troubleshoot or directly assist with coding in Microsoft .Net (C#, ASP.Net, etc) and ASP in web based environment as necessary.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in computer science or equivalent; Masters degree a plus, or equivalent experience. Required Skills: 8 yrs of applicable solution architecture and development experience5 yrs experience managing multiple simultaneous software projects as Project/Technical Lead5 yrs managing complex systems architectures3 yrs of experience in Microsoft.
