Under the direction of the Residential Manager or Director, the Residential Support Counselor is responsible for providing personal care, supervision, and skills teaching to residents as outlined on individualized residential plans. This is a 100% direct service position. Night and weekend work and flexibility in working at various residential sites may be required. Minimum Qualifications : Experience and/or education in the health care or mental health field, valid driver?s license, and current auto insurance. We provide the necessary training to assist you in obtaining the required MHRT I certification. Preference given to those who are MHRT-I certified. Current Maine driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of current acceptable motor vehicle liability insurance required.
