Under limited supervision organizes, directs and coordinates the delivery of mental health services at the Harvin Havin CRCF program in Manning. Coordinate, direct, and maintain the administrative operations and development of the CRCF program to include direct supervision of all staff in the 24 hours, 7 day/week program. Minimum and Additional Requirements: A bachelor's degree and professional experience in human services or social services programs. Preferred Qualifications: A master's degree in guidance, counseling or the social sciences and three (3) years experience in a clinical counseling program. Prefer individual with previous CRCF supervisory experience in a mental health facility. Prefer individual with current CRCF Administrator's license.
