The name of our company is Spec Personnel and we are an employment agency that deals with the distribution and construction industries. We place CDL drivers and warehouse personnel as well as laborers to carpenters on either a temp to perm basis, a direct placement fee or temporary basis. We are currently looking for a assistant/sales manager for our office in Hollywood. The office is located on Melrose Ave. just down the road from the main entrance of Paramount Studios. The closest cross street is Vine. We are looking to bring someone in that has a staffing background and also is willing to do sales. It is a salary plus commission position. Starting salary is $45,000 plus a monthly commission check that is based on a percentage of the gross profit of the office. We are looking for the sales manager to make $52,000 to $58,000 the first year and $60,000 to $65,000 the second year. We offer health and retirement benefits. It is a Monday through Friday position so no nights or weekends. The hours are 7:30am to 5:00pm. Computer skills are needed for the position since everything we do revolves around the computer. The way we do this is by making sales phone calls and going out and visiting area transportation and warehousing companies.
