The successful candidate will have 5-10 years of experience using construction insurance to strategically manage the financial risk on heavy-industrial construction projects. Preferably, experience will have been gained at a company with construction projects located in multiple states, where the workforce has been comprised of direct employees, contractors and sub-contractors. Alternatively, experience at a construction insurance company will also be highly regarded. RESPONSIBILITIES: Review project contract language, anticipate potential liabilities and use various insurance tools to manage financial risk on project construction sites. Maintain our compliance with state and federal construction insurance requirements. Develop risk financing solutions. Claims management. Four-year college degree required.
