Job Description:
The position will apply a wide variety of principles and techniques to the training program, conduct training sessions and evaluate training effectiveness. Delivering courses for training technical employees and/or customers in the use and/or maintenance and repair of software and/or hardware products. May conduct training in-house or at customer location. Developing training plans and schedules and working closely with project managers to develop training program for the implementation for clients, ongoing training and resolution to problem areas. Provides leadership and focus in area of expertise.Responsible for achieving measurable results on time and on budget.Develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the department(s) to meet specific goals.Ensures that business practices are performed in accordance with company policy, procedure and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.Ensures employee conformance to established policies and practices.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of business experience in the areas of internal audit, internal controls assessment and training. Minimum 3 years of management experience with support staff. Demonstrate knowledge and experience with call center and help desk support. Experience with technical web-based software solutions is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interface with clients and possess excellent problem solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software. Ability to handle multiple projects meeting deadlines with little or no supervision.
