Job Description:
The trainer will also maintain and update departmental policies, procedures, and reference materials as well as assist with the recommendation and implementation of new processes and work flows. Provides ongoing assessment and feedback to management regarding front line staff performance out of alignment with full potential, as well as to Directors regarding management performance. Will collaborate with training partners in like business units under the direction of the Training Manager. This position will be located in the Florida National Medicare/Medicaid Center (NMC) and there will be some travel required. Qualifications Bachelors Degree preferred. Three (3) years management experience in a call center or healthcare environment. Two (2) years of training, presentation, or coaching experience. Skilled in performance analysis and recommendations for development. Experienced in developing and implementing policies and procedures and detailed systems documentation. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills including material development and facilitation are essential. Understanding of return on investment measurement and evaluating training programs.
