The Scope of this job is This position requires an individual who can assist the communication strategy development and execution for Emerging Business lines of products such as Motorcycle, Boat and Business Insurance. In addition this position will assist execution of Catastrophe advertising. The candidate must possess a variety of competencies including collaboration, consensus building, meticulous follow-through, reliable business sense and aptitude for project management. The Catastrophe role in this job can involve effort that goes beyond normal business hours as events develop. This position will be responsible for Assisting in Legal and Department approval and execution of integrated marketing communications for certain Emerging Business lines such as Motorcycle, Boat and Commercial Insurance. Involvement in Local Activation, Collateral, Event Sponsorship, Public Relations, Media and Direct Marketing for Motorcycle and Boat marketing programs to insure integration and cohesiveness of message. Lead execution of Catastrophe Prep marketing programs in conjunction with Regional marketing teams and Corporate Relations. Assist in execution of Pre-, and Post-Catastrophe Event Advertising. Management of Business Continuity Planning for Integrated Marketing Communications Department. Qualifications Required Skills Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail Intermediate Creative design aptitude Intermediate Experience with a deadline driven environment Advanced Ability to work collaboratively across departments Intermediate Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously Intermediate Experience Required Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years of related business experience.
