Job Description:
Three years of professional training experience in the areas of substance abuse prevention and HIV is a must. Experience may be substituted for education. Knowledge of budget & project management, evidence based prevention programs and coalitions, training procedures and techniques, preferred provider networks, and curriculum development. Demonstrated skills in instructing others, ability to assign and/or supervise the work of others; planning for training and technical assistance services; and assessment of training needs. Effective communication/negotiation, analysis, and a demonstrated ability to be organized and detail oriented is required.
