The Position: Account Supervisor Your Opportunity: Ramey is looking for a smart, ambitious, energetic Account Supervisor for our Jackson, MS office. One who can effectively and efficiently lead projects from campaign planning through execution; and who offers fresh, creative, and strategic perspectives to clients and coworkers. You will be the key contact with your clients, working directly to help guide their businesses from strategic development to day-to-day management; you will work closely across Ramey departments to execute brand campaigns in all media; you will be responsible for organization, budget management plus training and development of junior staff; and you will succeed by developing strong relationships with clients, agency partners and internal team members. Requirements: Who You Are: - Someone who understands brands and has a talent for ideas that help them grow. - Someone who can manage people, projects, budgets and timelines. - Someone with the leadership skills to partner with clients and coworkers. - Someone with at least 5-7 years experience in an advertising/marketing agency.
