Job Description:
Drive the development of the annual media planning and buying processes that support brand positioning and business objectives for all active Lilly brandsLiaison between planning and buying media agencies and business units to execute efficient and effective media programsAnalyze syndicated research to identify target audience and buying efficienciesOn-going measurement and tracking of all broadcast and print scheduling and revisions, plan adjustments, positioning issues, make good activity and post-buy analyses including tracking all media invoices and billings against estimatesDevelop and present quarterly media reviews of DTC advertised brandsAssist in media training across the brand functions MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree required Candidates should have 7+ years of media planning experiencePlanning and buying experience with national media is a must, including network TV, national magazines and newspapers, as well as network and local radio Must have experience with planning and research tools including Nielsen, Arbitron, MRI, MARS and other national syndicated media resources Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
