Job Description:
Will consult with students and families regarding their financial plan eligibility, their financial obligations and available resources. Superior organizational and problem resolution skills and excellent written and verbal communications. Interpersonal relationships and leadership style must be driven first and foremost with the intentions of superior customer service when working with all internal and external constituencies. Budgeting experience and working knowledge of Accounts Receivable required. PC proficiency must include MS Office and working knowledge of various financial aid/EDE software such as CARS or Campus Vue. Requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and 5 or more years' experience in financial aid and/or student accounts, preferably at a post-secondary educational institution. Must possess 3 or more years' supervisory experience and a solid in-depth knowledge of the student financial aid processes, procedures and regulations.
