Job Description:
Facilitates the achievement of the goals and objectives of those plans and assists in maintaining the status of PHS&PD as a high quality service provider. Requirements: Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's preferred, or a minimum of three to five (3-5) years nursing experience in an acute care setting and/or home health care experience required. Experience: Five years clinical or quality oversight experience; at least two years of home heath experience preferred. Prefer previous training experience or experience with adult education. Licenses/Certifications: Current Washington State Registered Nursing License; Current Washington State Driver's license and have access to daily use of an insured, reliable vehicle; Current CPR certification; Certified Oasis Specialist-Clinical certification required or must be earned within first six (6) month probationary period.
