As one of the countries leading and largest multi-disciplinary engineering firms, our firm primarily focuses upon private, municipal, state & federal projects. Recently expanding to the San Jose area and opening a brand new office; we are now in immediate need of a Senior Civil Engineer, PE to take on the role of Office Manager. This Office Manager / Senior Civil Engineer, PE will be responsible for providing office oversight, guidance, and direction to Project Management, Staff, & Junior Civil Engineering staff as they partake in a highly diverse range of civil land development, public works, municipal, infrastructure, and water resources projects. Office Manager must have strong client business development skills and experience and the ability to assist firm in the generation of new business & projects. Must be highly comfortable with the preparation and understanding of service contracts & proposals, service fee agreements.
