Job Description:
Develops positive relationships with internal and external clients and vendors. Responds to problems and concerns in a prompt and expeditious manner to ensure high customer satisfaction. Ensures quality and timely service delivery to the client. Analyzes corporate efficiencies and assists in preparing and presenting findings to management. Assists in the preparation and administering of the account's facilities budget; forecast plans and explains variances. Prepares various reports, which include; capital projects report and a monthly accounting report in connection with regional mangers and the finance department. Coordinates and monitors contractors performance to meet corporate policies and guidelines and to maximize results. Reviews strategic space planning requirements for local markets and client. Inspects facilities for the client t on a routine basis while providing technical advice to staff members. May visit significant projects and critical events to ensure compliance with all established client rules and ensure the proper coordination between CBRE and client. Ensures that safety programs for client's needs are properly maintained and followed (earthquake evacuation, fire, hurricane, first aid, etc.). Ensures safety of work practices and procedures of CB Richard Ellis employees and contract employees. Assures vendor compliance through reviewing maintenance schedules and purchasing programs. Works with Project Managers in local market moves, relocations, and project management. Other duties may be assigned. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of ten years of related experience and/or training. COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches and articles using distinctive style. Ability to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to employees, clients, top management and/or public groups. Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.
