HNTB has an exciting opportunity available in our Salt Lake City office for a Scheduling Manager. The Scheduling Manager provides supervision and guidance to assigned Claims and Scheduling staff on project schedule reviews and claims analysis and resolution of simple to moderate complexity. Presents claim findings in a formal environment. Oversee preparation and maintenance of project schedules. Assist in training of schedules and claims. Oversee and Guide Schedule and Claim Reviews Analyze CPM Schedules on construction projects of large and complex nature Provide Final Report on Schedule Review Provide Final Report on Claim Review as related to CPM Schedule Analyze CPM Related Claims on construction projects of large and complex nature Responsible for Mentoring and developing Staff Read Project Diaries and Assign CPM Codes to Contractors Activities Review and Budget HNTB Financials Assist in training Skills Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or related field) plus 15 years Experience with at least 8 in direct scheduling experience.
