Works with customers on developing and implementing both transportation and storage utilization strategies. Troubleshoots all customer operational problems/issues and has ultimate responsibility to ensure that customer receives timely resolution of all discrepancies involving pipeline services. Participates in special projects as needed. CBAdID J8H7KH6FTV17L7XV8MSThis job is a Full-Time position.Job Requirements:Basic Qualifications: Capacity Services Acct Manager III Bachelors or Associates degree in business, accounting, engineering; or equivalent work experience. Five years relevant experience in the natural gas industry in marketing, accounting, regulatory affairs, transmission or related areas. Capacity Services Acct Manager IV Bachelors or Associates degree in business, accounting, engineering; or equivalent work experience. Two years relevant experience in the natural gas industry in marketing, accounting, regulatory affairs, transmission or related areas. Capacity Services Acct Manager V Bachelors or Associates degree in business, accounting, or engineering; or equivalent work experience. Desired Qualifications: Account Manager III Experience with Gas Control, Scheduling, Capacity Services, Regulatory or Marketing. Experience with or practical understanding of how Capacity Services responsibilities impact (and are impacted by) other departments (Marketing, Measurement, Gas Control, Regulatory, Contracts, etc.). Basic understanding of pipeline and storage commercial operations and value drivers. Plus desired qualifications that relate to Accountant Manager IV and V. Account Manager IV and V Demonstrated proficiency working with office computer applications such as Microsoft Office Products. Experience with the Spectra LINK system.
