We are currently looking for a qualified Associate Telesales Account Manager to join our Indirect Sales team at our office in Tampa, FL. This Associate Telesales Account Manager is responsible for identifying and qualifying new opportunities for our Enterprise Solutions, in their defined territory. These opportunities will then be transitioned to CA's channel partners. This will be accomplished by driving demand through focused telephone campaigns, web casts, and other innovative demand generation activities. Responsibilities also include understanding and working in all aspects of the sales cycle, including extensive cold calling, qualifying, presentations, and demonstrations as well as working closely with all members of the virtual account or opportunity teams. Key Requirements: · Minimum of 3 years of Business to Business telesales experience with proven results in a quota-oriented environment and/or previous related inside or outside sales experience coupled with an understanding of technology and technological innovations · Account management experience and relevant experience in sales for the technology industry, or both, is a plus · Excellent cold calling, selling, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills · Must be detail oriented, enthusiastic, and a quick learner · Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required · Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an IT, business or sales-related field preferred · Business travel of approximately 5% or less yearly is expected for this position There's never been a better time to join CA.
