Primary responsibilities include: Maintain Provider Network through servicing initiatives Obtain and evaluate network trends, adhering to service level requirements Minimize network turnover and ensure stability of provider network Work with Recruitment to ensure provider access/availability requirements are consistently achieved Manage efficient team of representatives, develop and understand staff needs by maintaining communication, developing measurable goals, motivating and coaching staff, and conduct performance reviews to aide in achieving department and individual goals Identify and resolve cross-functional issues by coordinating and working with other internal departments and divisions Qualifications The chosen candidate must possess: 5 years dental plan experience in provider relations or client management Experience in management or supervisory role MS Office proficiency Excellent communication skills Demonstrated success in determining objectives, developing options and willingness to enforce company policy and procedure Ability to build and maintain rapport with providers/clients, superiors, peers, subordinates and general staff UnitedHealth Group offers a full range of comprehensive benefits to full-time and part-time employees, including medical, dental and vision, as well as a matching 401k and an employee stock purchase plan.
