Exceed Assigned Sales Quota for both Growth and Mature products.* Exceed Churn Targets as a percentage of total Business Revenues for both Growth and Mature products.* Exceed Winback Targets as a percentage of total Business Revenues.* Exceed all Customer Satisfaction Metrics.* Meet all Sales Forecast Targets within 30 day Sales window.* Remain current on competitive product offerings, pricing and marketing initiatives. Additional Duties: * Contributes to departmental activities and programs by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Have a polished and professional appearance and demeanor.* Possess high energy and be a self starter.* Enjoy prospecting for new business and developing/managing a robust pipeline.* Experience in both traditional telecommunications and forward looking technologies such as IP and MPLS,* Have a strong desire to exceed all assigned Sales Targets.* Possess strong integrity and find value in creating a service leadership presence in the market.* Find value in being a team member that builds a strong brand within the Fairpoint footprint.* New business and installed base management skills with a track record of measurable success in exceeding specific sales targets.* The ability to present to and negotiate with C-level decision makers, which require clear, concise communication skills, solid business sense and powerful presentation skills.
