Account Manager-Charlotte Description This individual will be responsible for meeting with brokers and policyholders to provide service and promote renewals and sales. Professional presentation skills as well as strong negotiations skills are required. Responsibilities include: a) developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships; b) supporting the sales objectives of the office through cross-sell activities and enrollment meetings; c) provide account management on a needs-based consultative approach; d) ability to set priorities in a high volume, fast-paced environment; e) territory assignment may require travel to provide on-site support to customers; f) production and time management reporting. Qualifications Qualifications: 2-3 years industry background; licensed in Life / Health; client relation management skills; ability to travel; presentation skills for small and large groups; self-starter; ability to cross-sell lines of coverage; ability to multi-task, work on several administrative systems; college degree preferred; proactive client management; service-oriented; ability to succeed in a competitive environment.
