Orientation: Provides technical HR expertise to market team in the areas of coaching & development, talent management, performance management, employee relations and HR policy interpretation. Range of Impact: Has latitude to independently make decisions and solve problems affecting assigned market team. Consults with HR Generalist Leader on more difficult issues.Scope of Responsibility: Accountable for execution of People Strategy implementation and HR support within assigned Market Team, including coaching and development, talent management, performance management, team development and facilitation and rewards and recognition. Supervises up to two other Market Team HR Generalists in execution of their Market Team HR responsibilities.Strategy Planning & Analytics:Provide HR leadership to drive Unique People Experience strategy implementation on the Market Team, including delivering communications developed nationallyLead Market Team workforce planning and provide input into development and achievement of team headcount and utilization budgetAnalyze Market Team HR reports to determine actionable items, research root causes and develop plan of action. Drive continuous improvement.Sourcing:Partner with Sourcing team to execute Market Team campus and experienced hiring and Global Mobility strategies.Recommend Market Team recruitment goals, select interviewers and team with Sourcing to make client service (Assurance, Advisory, Tax) offer decisions. Manage Market Team client service staff transfers Coaching & Development:Subject matter expert responsible for implementation of Everyday Coaching strategy with Market Team.For both client service and Internal Firm Services (IFS) staff on the Market Team, provide career development coaching and facilitate coaching conversations with Coaches, staff and Market Team leaders; make Relationship Partner/Leader assignmentsPartner with Learning & Education to deliver nationally-developed training to Market Team client service staff and partnersMake site visits, plan and execute connectivity events and work with Market.
