Responsibilities Works with Business and Human Resource partners to assist in determining compensation strategy and administration for the business and in developing innovative pay programs to address these needs, while balancing the corporate interests of the organization with the needs of the line of business. Participates in administering the company's compensation policies, programs and communications. Coordinates salary survey activity, job evaluation and management reporting. Conducts various detailed analyses of compensation data, including year-end processes for merit, incentive and long-term pay. The qualified candidate will have a bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. 10+ years of professional compensation-related experience or equivalent experience in human resources required. Professional certification (CCP or PHR) or advanced degree also preferred. Demonstrated interpersonal/communications skills with detail orientation. Excellent analytical skills with emphasis on personal computer applications, PeopleSoft preferred. Practical knowledge of implications of government regulatory guidelines on evaluation decisions and recommendations. Project management experience preferred. Required: Years of experience (min) 10+ Required: Degree Bachelors Required: Subject Business or related Required: Skills Market based compensation design/administration experience. Variable pay design/administration experience.
