Looking for a construction project manager for short term assignment between 6 to 8 months. Candidate should have a degree in civil engineering and minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in construction project management with emphasis in heavy civil infrastructure projects for public agencies; marine experience a plus; Port Authority of NY&NJ experience a plus. Responsibilities include but not limited to development and maintenance of project schedules, direct management of sub-contractors with assistance of field inspection staff, attending meetings & preparation of meeting minutes, preparation & negotiation of change orders, and project close out.Requirements.
