Job Description:
Consulting Engineering Firm in Baltimore. Project Manager Company seeks a Civil Engineer for Project Management position within our Transportation department. Successful candidate must be P.E. registered and possess a minimum of five to ten years of experience in highway design and preparation of construction documents. Candidate must be knowledgeable and proficient in all aspects of Highway, including thorough knowledge of AASHTO criteria. Experience preparing highway plans in Maryland is preferred. Project manager will supervise and direct an assigned technical staff comprised of Engineers, Designers, and CADD Technicians, and is responsible for evaluating the capabilities and size of assigned staff for meeting project schedules and technical requirements. Project Manager will have the ability to successfully manage the planning, design, and construction related activities for small and large engineering assignments and possess the following: Ability to lead, motivate, and train staff Ability to plan and organize and effectively utilize people.
