These hires will be outside sales representatives who receive a base pay + commissions and benefits while selling telecommunications technologies B2B. Sourcing for candidates, creating and posting effectively on job boards, attending career fairs, coordinating schedules with hiring managers, filling monthly training classes with new employees and acting as a face of the company to prospective candidates will all be part of the daily routine.
