Ensure that the requirements for appropriate sanitation and safety levels in respective areas are met Coordinate and supervise unit personnel regarding production, merchandising, quality and cost control Labor scheduling and staffing; employee training Conduct inventory Performs other functions such as maintaining records to comply with Aramark, government and accrediting agency standards.Healthcare requires all employees to successfully complete a drug screen and background check. Qualifications Ideal candidates will possess the following:Bachelor´s Degree in Institution Management, Food and Nutrition or other related fieldsMaster´s Degree or higher desiredMinimum 8 years experience in the healthcare industry with experience in managed services and includes a minimum of 5 years management experience Proven track record of supporting, growing and directing a large department Ability to manage in a diverse environment with complete focus on client and customer services is essential to success in this role Working knowledge of P&L management Ability to identify defects in the preparation and service of food and implement improved quality control proceduresAbility to communicate effectively with clients, client customers and support staff.
