Committee and selects law students for final interviews in our office. Handles call back process requiring student communications and identification of presents results of call back process to the interviewers; welcomes students. Hiring Committee for final decisions as to offers and rejects; gathers all related information such as transcripts; oversees written and verbal communications to students regarding offers and rejections; organizes appropriate follow up for selling the candidates with offers on joining the firm; coordinates related sell events; maintains all interview records; oversees expense reimbursement process and administers relocation policy. Manages hiring of foreign interns from U.S. LLM programs for one year internship. Handles coordinates first year law student receptions at NY law schools hiring of independent contractors and temporary attorneys; oversees payment of oversees the LawCruit database candidate related bills and timekeeping entries record maintenance; candidate file maintenance; prepares appropriate reports and analysis for Hiring Committee concerning law school and summer program yield; Supports manages recruiting/summer program budgets; hiring statistics; etc. Works with Diversity Committee in all initiatives for the hiring of minority lawyers; manages content for the firm contributes ideas to committee for new initiatives; Handles recruiting website as it relates to summer program and recruiting efforts.
