Job Description:
This Recruiting Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies with a focuson proactively sourcing, identifying, and recruiting candidates in the external marketplace. This person willhave overall responsibility for managing and executing the full life cycle of their recruiting activities in additionto managing client/candidate relationships.Responsibilities:Develop and execute experienced recruiting strategy for tax practices.Build and sustain client relationships with key stakeholders including practice leadership, human resources and all levels of management.Manage full recruiting lifecycle including identifying, screening, interviewing and negotiating offers with candidates.Participate in New York Metro Recruiting Team projects and initiatives including alumni, university and diversity sourcing activities.Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory and firm compliance requirements.Identify creative sourcing channels to maintain a network of potential candidates within the market community.Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders through meetings and detailed reporting packages.Plan, execute and participate in internal and external recruiting events.Provide direction to Sourcing Associates.Requirements:5+ years full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in a professional services, technology or consulting organization that demonstrates steady progression and advancement with increased responsibilities.
