As a representative of the company on-site at our client's facility, you will be on the frontline ensuring that staffing runs smoothly and that we are meeting our client's needs. We are seeking a true leader who will be able to run all facets of the operation with efficiency and professionalism, requiring minimal oversight. This position is in a Warehouse environment, and we are particularly interested in applicants with warehouse/shipping supervisory/management experience.This position requires fluency in English and Spanish. Job Duties Develop and foster client relationships. As primary client contact, interface at all levels of the organization. Effectively forecast recruitment needs, execute recruitment plans to ensure client's staffing needs are met and positions are filled with qualified candidates. Conducts weekly orientations for new employees, works to actively manage employee retention. Effectively manage temporary workforce through problem solving, sound judgment and consistent policy enforcement. Create innovative solutions to address challenges and issues as they arise. Meet weekly with client's management team. Communicate regularly with corporate headquarters.
