Job Description:
Customer Management team in the development and execution of an account penetration strategy for the targeted account base. 2.Lead negotiations with customer regarding contracts, pricing, T/C?s within the established boundaries of the operations playbook 3.Actively participate in the quoting process ? help shape the quote model with obtained G2 and guidance to insure a quality, high value quote is presented to the account. 4.Build relationships within the accounts various decision making positions 5.Work along with operations team on the selection of site(s) - balancing the needs of PLXS with those of the account 6.Lead the closing of critical opportunities within the sectors targeted account base 7.Interface with mfg transition team and Customer Manager to communicate critical success factors and commitments made during the sales process. Training and Development 8.Coordinate along with the SVP the training of the AE?s as to ensure a strong understanding and ability to present and communicate the technical capabilities and value added/service offerings that PLXS has.
