Job Description: Manage recruitment initiatives from beginning to end of the recruitment cycle, including all levels of salaried positions, specifically recruiting for senior level positions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the development of talent acquisition strategies and processes while providing recruitment services, including diversity planning and company branding strategy. Consult with management in reference to market conditions, hiring trends, and innovation in attracting top talent. Manage, create and develop recruiting resources and tools to attract top talent. Act as lead for reporting employment metrics, affirmative action reporting, recruiting forecast and strategies. Manage and maintain applicant tracking system. Manage the development, implementation and evaluation of recruiting practices and procedures, and supervise and coordinate recruiting and staffing activities. Coach, mentor and lead the Corporate Recruiters & Recruiting Assistant. Manage company\'s orientation and on-boarding process while continuously identifying and improving opportunity areas. Primary point of contact for HR regarding vendor issues, contract negotiation and maintenance.
