Gather and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve overall sales training curriculum. Utilize selling knowledge and knowledge of our markets (customers & competitors) to help shape the direction of future training initiatives. Read literature directly associated with assigned project. Maintain some familiarity with competitive products. May be required to perform other related duties as required and/or assigned. Nature and Scope Position exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Performs duties independently with only general direction given on routine work. Ability to appreciate importance of project toward Company s objectives. Job encounters recurring work situations with occasional variations from the norm, involving a moderate degree of complexity. Measures of Contribution/Impact Successful delivery of quality training material. Impact of projects on driving revenue. Degree to which thought leadership helps shape future training curriculum. Technical Excellence Knows the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of a particular field of specialization; continues development of technical expertise through experience and application. Education Requires a B.S. or B.A. in molecular biology or similar field.Experience Requires a minimum of 1 year working in an operations or program management capacity in a work environment with a Bachelor s degree; or relevant class work.Contacts Contacts are normally made with others inside the company, including immediate associates, other departments and own supervisor. Contacts are usually made on own initiative concerning matters requiring explanation, discussion, interpretation or approvals.
