The candidate filling this position must have a minimum of 3-5 years systems engineering experience. The candidate must have good oral and written communication. The candidate must be experienced in developing detailed requirements from business requirements. The candidate must also be skilled at presenting his/her requirements both internally to team members and externally to clients. The candidate must be able to work independently. Bachelor's degree or higher required.The candidate filling this position will have a systems engineering role in the development of system requirements for the NPC product. NPC is in the Interconnection Solutions business unit and provides number portability clearinghouse solutions for international customers. The candidate would be responsible for functional and interface requirements as well as product documentation. The candidate would also be required help participate in RFP responses and provide feature estimates for systems engineering.
