This person will direct engineering and associated technical support activities through leadership and development of the Engineering Department. This position will support and execute new product and custom product engineering objectives to grow the business by providing customers with engineered solutions. Qualified individuals will possess the following attributes: Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering field. 5 years of engineering management experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience/knowledge of design doftware (CAD, Solid Workd). Steel Fabrication experience is a strongly desired. Ability to lead an engineering/design department. Key responsibilities of this individual are: Primary interface between customer and company for support related to existing product design/development. Provide technical and project management leadership to prioritize engineering projects. Utilize project management techniques to assure projects are completed on schedule. Provide leadership for creating and maintaining.
