The key candidate will have good leadership, communication and technical skills. * Proposal development, presentations and the ability to communicate with clients required. A willingness to take ownership of projects and budgets and schedules is a must. * Must have working knowledge of Scope Development/Definition and Project Execution from Conceptual and Feasibility Studies through Start-up. * PE license desirable.
