Well established organization located in Piscataway seeking Director of Corporate Tax. Must be a CPA and a Master's in Tax preferred. Experience must include FAS 109 and Fin 148, SOX, preparation of tax provisions. Will also be responsible for state tax audits, provide info to external accountants, Monthly, quarterly and year end financial statements. Candidate will also handle research and planning of projects and perform tax due diligence for acquisitions.
