Job Description:
Responsibilities: Support the P&L, balance sheet substantiation and management reporting for a number of specialized legal entities Provide guidance and review on relevant accounting policies ex: IAS39, FASB157 Manage all head office consolidated reporting and intercompany reconciliations Interface with External Auditors, Regulators, and other Stakeholders Provide input to the quarterly financial statement analysis report Requirements: Solid Controllership experience supporting derivatives trading and structured financing activities Familiarity with CPPI, 12B-1 and/or hedge fund financing products Knowledge of GAAP and IAS accounting principles Strong depth of knowledge with proactive problem solving approach Proficiency in Month end Close, Financial Statement preparation, and Sarbanes Oxley procedures Good communication and interpersonal skill.
