Purpose/Objective
This position will support the company’s UNIX environment including Oracle E-Business Suite application hosting. The UNIX Administrator will be responsible and accountable for the implementation, maintenance and administration of the company’s UNIX environment.

Job Requirements:
Education and/or Experience
• Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 7-10 years experience in UNIX administration; 5+ years recent Redhat experience in a large distributed environment with automated deployment tools.
• Red Hat Satellite server experience, KickStart and Altiris deployment experience is a plus
• Strong UNIX scripting skills
• Strong understanding of EMC SAN Technologies.
• Involvement in at least 1 project designing & implementing a large-scale business-critical operating system environment
• At least 1 year experience with administering and Oracle E-Business software platform preferred.
