Job Description:
-- Develop work plan and schedule and monitor performance of other staff to the plan and schedule.
-- Gather and document business requirements and document process flows.
-- Perform application analysis, design, development, testing, training/knowledge transfer, documentation, & implementation in VB.NET and Kofax.
-- Perform application analysis and coding tasks interfacing Kofax Components.
-- Performs research and analyze applications issues and requirements.
-- Work closely with other technical staff and be involved in the software changes pertaining to system interfaces between the applications.
-- Conduct reviews and perform unit testing, system integration testing, and load/performance testing to verify that the software development meets the business requirements or application defects.
-- Communicate effectively and correctly in writing and verbally on a variety of business matters as required.
-- Provide daily/weekly project status reports to CPA management.
-- Perform coding tasks for customizing Kofax modules.
-- Perform coding tasks for Kofax Enhanced Barcode.
-- Perform coding tasks in VB .NET Language.
-- Perform coding tasks in XML .
-- Perform tasks in Build and Deployment Configuration for Kofax and .NET Applications.
-- Perform coding tasks in SQL 2000 / 2005 developing with SQL Server Database.
-- Perform Kofax Application Implementations.
-- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
-- 8 Years experience as a Project Manager.
-- 3 Years experience with Kofax Developer.
-- 2 Years experience with VB.Net.
-- 2 Years experience with SQL 2000 / 2005 developing with SQL Server Database.
-- 2 Years experience with XML.
-- 2 Years experience with Build and Deployment Configuration.
-- 2 Years experience with Event Driven Application Model.
-- 2 Years experience with Kofax Administration and Support.
-- 1 Year experience with Kofax Indicius Developer.
-- Strong Communication (verbal and written).
-- Required: Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
-- Required: Kofax Developer certification.
-- Required: Kofax Indicius certification.
-- Required: Kofax Certified Solutions Provider.
