Job Description:
Brand Strategy/Research Coordinator for a
Scottsdale based design firm.
5+ years administrative experience. Full-time 8
a.m.-5 p.m. Able to prioritize and handle multiple
tasks, maintain calendar, strong organizational
skills, excellent verbal and written communication
skills. Candidates must have a solid working
background with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and
PowerPoint. Macintosh experience beneficial. Salary

Job Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Arrange travel for Strategy/Research team
members and create itineraries and travel packets
• Assist team members with expense reports
• Manage team calendars, update meetings, etc.
• Assist with workshop/meeting materials
production
• Proofread reports when requested
• Copy, collate and bind reports/agendas/etc.
for meetings and workshops
• Ship materials to clients — prepare and drop
off Federal Express packages as necessary
• Order office supplies
• Reserve/schedule conference calls using online
system
• Work with clients and vendors on as-needed
basis
• Coordinate food for workshops, client
meetings and team lunches
• Coordinate meeting details with clients
• Assist database administrator — open jobs,
enter job budgets, generate reports, close jobs,
train new employees on use of system
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent computer skills — MS Word, Excel,
and PowerPoint required (a test will be given)
• Mac skills and/or knowledge of Creative
Manager Pro preferred
• Excellent proofreading skills (a test will be
given)
• Excellent organizational skills and detail
orientation
• Do-what-it-takes attitude and a willingness to
learn
• Assertive, autonomous, take-charge individual
with excellent people skills
