Job Description:
General Manager - Youngstown, Ohio (3794)
Candidate should have a Bachelor Degree or = but it's not required.
Candidate must have an Engineering back round.
Candidate must have past experience in management.
Candidate will be responsible for the day to day operation of a 45 person technical manufacturing firm.
Candidate will be responsible for all hiring / firing, sales, purchasing, materials selection, steel fabrication, electronic and pneumatic process control panel design & manufacturing, shipping, company goals.
Candidate must be an excellent communicator with a "take charge" attitude. He/she must also have the patience and understanding of people to work with senior staff and existing customers to resolve multiple issues.

Salary Range: $80K - $100K per yr.
(+$30K - $60K bonus)
