Job Description:
Work within the Pharmaceutical matrix structure to coordinate all products related marketing and communication planning including forecasting and sample planning. ·Lead and direct overall sales force communications on product marketing strategies. ·Build significant customer knowledge and data base, working with and developing professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders. ·Coordinate all external agency planning and communications including the advertising agency. ·In conjunction with Marketing Product Managers and VP Marketing, direct all product planning strategies for ophthalmic congresses. ·Development and implementation of marketing and promotional materials for assigned product(s). ·Executes well-documented marketing plans for achieving objectives of all assigned/promoted products. ·Responsible for clear communications and proper development of promotional materials which focus on the key promotional messages and incorporate the branding elements. Qualifications Position Qualifications ·Bachelor's degree required. Life Science background preferred. ·MBA in business related discipline a plus. ·5+ years experience in brand marketing with a minimum of 2 years Rx selling and 2 years generics product management experience or equivalent experience.
