Ensuring that every guest receives friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service every time Upholding our high service standards Receiving extensive training to help you become a strong Target Pharmacy leader Assembling your team and scheduling their work so your pharmacy is always functioning at peak performance Working closely with guests, the Pharmacy team, local medical staff, and store management Providing counseling and answering questions for your guests’ prescription and over-the-counter medications Upholding service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, managing inventory, and record keeping Hiring and scheduling team members Satisfying all Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements Training your team members to maximize overall team performance Job Requirements Minimum Requirements: BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree Active state pharmacy license in good standing Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations Strong commitment to guest service and ability to interact well with guests Ability to dispense medications accurately and efficiently Desired Requirements: Work schedule flexibility Retail experience and demonstrated leadership ability.
