Job Description: Reporting to Regional Audit Leader (Asia Pacific/Europe/Americas), the Audit Supervisor is an audit leadership position within the Corporate Audit Group. The Audit Supervisor, as leader of teams and individuals, will conduct financial and operational reviews of the organizations domestic and international operations. The Audit Supervisor will interact with financial and operational management personnel across the company and will be exposed to financial and business operations.Within one to three years of assuming this role, the Audit Supervisor is anticipated to be a candidate for another position of broader financial leadership within the audit organization, operating segments, or the corporate group. This position is a fast track opportunity to gain experience and exposure to all of the company?s businesses. The future finance leaders will emerge from Audit.Key Objectives:- Carry out the vision and mission of Corporate Audit to improve controllership through implementation of a systematic and disciplined approach.- Identify, and clearly define, audit issues and root causes, recommend improved internal controls and business processes, and ensure that corrective action plans are developed and implemented.- Promote a zero tolerance control environment where fraud or noncompliance is unacceptable and difficult to conceal.Responsibilities:- Lead multiple or larger audit teams in assessing risk across a wide variety of business processes, and interface with many levels of the organization, including Senior Management. - Review audit work papers and audit reports.- Provide supervision, and coaching of less experienced team members aimed at facilitating the completion of audits and developing the less experienced team members? competencies.- Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.- Review and evaluate compliance with corporate policies and procedures.- Actively supervise Auditors for continued growth and development within the Audit function.- Actively participate and/or supervise the audit pre-planning, planning, execution and wrap up processes.- Review audit work papers and reports.- Provide concise and meaningful updates to Corporate Audit leadership and the business management team.- Actively participate in Global initiatives aimed at improving Corporate Audit?s processes and procedures.Requirements: - Have 5-7 years of related experience, of which at least 2 years was in an audit role with at least one year of senior auditing/team leadership experience.
