Manages the Laser Manufacturing Engineering Department. Leads equipment and assigned process improvements required to achieve t throughput, production yield, and product performance objectives. Laser processes, new plant startup process qualifications maintenance and troubleshooting, supporting product and process development initiatives Qualification Requirements: · Bachelor's Degree in an Engineer discipline or equivalent.· Five or more years of experience in an engineering leadership role. · Five or more years experience in engineering in a manufacturing environment, high tech industry such as semiconductor or photovoltaic preferred.· Proven experience using engineering tools for problem solving and continuous improvement.
